Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you may return your goods within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please e-mail, call or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer in the future. If you cancel you must return the goods within 14 days of cancelling at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned undamaged goods.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example if goods are faulty or wrongly described. If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us and we will be happy to refund or exchange them. We will refund your return postage costs.
