Dyed Heather Stems

 

Bundles of dyed heather stems drying on racks. Once completely dry they will then be used to make blocks of heather and finally beautiful pieces of Heathergems jewellery.

Pitlochry Highland Night Season 2012…

Back for Summer 2012 Pitlochry Highland Night is an evening of traditional entertainment, full of Scottish Music and Dance. This outdoor production is performed weekly in Pitlochry during the summer months by local artists for the residents and many visitors of Pitlochry: in the heart of Highland Perthshire.

A selection a heather fresh out the dying chambers, they will be left for a few days to dry then 4 bundles will be picked to be made in to a block.
